I would love to see you Wendy or Callie do another video with saddle fit and the important information and details on saddle fit for the rider and especially riders that are riding in saddles that are too small for them. Could you please follow up with a video on this topic? Thank you

When the saddle is in the proper position on Happy Horse, it seems like the girth would be way too far back on the ribcage. On my horse, the girth groove seems to be way much more forward -- just behind the elbows -- so I struggle with clearing the shoulders but also having the girth positioned where it seems to want to go.

You may need a different billet system or set up to where it’s not pulling or sliding the girth or the saddle where it shouldn’t go naturally on your horse. This happens quite often and a lot of people don’t even realize it. Check out the saddle fit for life channel or website or Schleese saddlery channel or website. They both have some really great information on this stuff and if you plan on keeping your saddle and this horse together for a quite a long time, it might be worth seeing if you can get it checked and or fixed.

The saddle on happy horse also looks way too long and is far exceeding his last rib, which wasn't mentioned here
