I was not at the scene but from the video, I can tell that "maybe" Shatta Wale was actually going to congratulate Stonebowy, but wanted to do it in a grand style by giving the audience the wrong impression, he may want his actions of congratulations to be unpredictable and therefore having the message a surprise to Stonebowy and their fans, and what Stonebowy did in self defense was also expected as he doesn't know what is in the mind of Shatta wale, I blame shatta because he should have prepared a method to overcome the reaction from stonebowy because if truly he meant to surprise Stonebowy, he should have expected such reaction and found a way to deal with it, even after stonebowys reaction, he should have found a way to make the audience understand that he meant no harm, and because he was unable to show his intentions after the supposed expected reaction from his rivals, then he is completely at fault and would apologize to Stonebowy and explain to him that he meant no harm, because I am sure he would do the same as stobebowy didif stonebowy badges him in that manner , as for Stonebowy pulling out a gun, I think that was the best he could think of as a way to protect himself and to scare the attackers away, as he may not be physically fit enough to fight the team that was approaching him in a none smiling faces, I do not think he meant to shot anyone, anyone in his shoe would do the same.

Shatta wale is stubborn and always go free.
