Given how broken Unlimited Blade Works has the potential to become if he had huge amounts of mana he might had become too op for any servant, especially if he could summon things like Caliburn that can kill Heracles 7 times without having to worry about Mana issues.

If we put CCC Emiya vs Normal Archer Gil, then Emiya will win low-mid diff. But if we use CCC Emiya vs CCC Gil, then that's become debatable. (The reason why i say debatable even tho both are CCC Character, is because CCC Emiya can trace and use Excalibur whenever he wants, which essentialy makes him can match normal Blast from Gil's EA. So unless Gil charge EA with three galaxy worth of magic energy, the same way He use this against BB. I say both stand equal chance)

The workaround was to summon servants with portions of their skills like Cu's lancer and caster forms. How do you restrict a living sword with the saber class... Trick question you can't.

I would be nice to see a Fate Stay Night scenario (with the class card system) where characters like Rin, for example, who weren't engulfed in the black sphere by the Ainsworths. Heck, it doesn't have to be just seven masters because you could either have 7 vs. 7 or potential individuals in Fuyuki who can participate. But getting to the point on Angelica and Shirou being a couple can definitely work if circumstances were different.

Yes. I honestly don't think there's a single version of him I don't like. Even Prisma Shirou (Illya's brother) who is completely mundane and pretty much a butt monkey for his whole family (I kid you not, if I were in that verse I would call social services on those *ssh*les so freaking quick). If you read the manga (not really "good" until you get to 3rei but definetly less "questionable" than the anime), there are a few side chapters that focus on Shirou and Rin which hint at some definate hidden depths to the character that show that he really IS Emiya Shirou. He might be living a normal life, but if the crazyness ever really caught up to him, I have no doubt that, magecraft or no magecraft, the dude would find SOME way to step up just like all other versions of him would. That's just who Shirou is.

basically yeah, the author deides the limit, if theres a beast that amenazes the world then artoria/arthur can use excalibur fully unsealed or gives artoria avalon since the beginning and a lot of more things to have in count, but definetely arthur/artoria would be some of the strongest giving the right circunstances

Well, Salter in Heaven's Feel was shit ton powerful, and she was basically a different colored Saber with no limitations. And, as she's been nerfed constantly and had to fight more with skill than using brute magic force and still looked strong, so she's not just powerful but also very high skilled. ​@@TheCarrotCRshe actually cant win alone against heracles. the last kill need shadow help to hold heracles since it takes too long for excalibur to charge. salter lost a lot from corruption (fairy protection lost , avalon denied her). but this is probably her peak since she has more mana than she was alive( her healing posibly much faster than avalon because of this)
