I was ridiculed for bettering myself through night university - I later learned it was both jealousy & fear as they feared I would overtake them in the employment stakes & I did - I just moved & instantly was overjoyed as I had the freedom & motivation along with the skills to progress in life.10 years later I was at a work luncheon & had a few of these people as the wait staff - KARMA.

@@xantonify Jealousy & Envy. This was a state government organisation. When I was promoted after graduation the jealousy was all behind my back. I really did not care as they boozed on with each other at lunch time & after work. I struggled to pay my studies & live as it was. I liked a beer or 6 in my time but liked my wallet flush with cash. These people were all 20+ years older & suddenly a 25 year old out ranked them.

I see so many comments where men are claiming they are better than the 'alpha group '. If that's your stance you aren't acting very sigma. We are just men without a leash; being better than others is just another social leash. You could be a bus boy, or a machinist, and still be a sigma. Success is not defined by dollar signs; it is defined by happiness and the ability to share whatever medium of wealth you have. If youre a comedian your humor is your currency, and if you're a craftsman then your handiwork is your currency. Politicians have their charisma, artists have their creativity, etc. Being a sigma is about immersing yourself in that idealogy. We dont care one whit about others' opinions about our lives because your opinion only matters to YOU. This applies to others in your life also.

Most of these sigma videos are so accurate. I'd have a fat bank account if I had a dollar for every time someone has said something to me along the lines of telling me to cheer up or something. No, I have a poker face 24/7. I'm perfectly fine, not depressed, angry, sad, or whatever. Freaking annoying but have been dealing with that all my life. From what I'm seeing I'd say I'm a Sigma Empath.

I used to try to explain things to my brother, whose opinions I valued. He couldn't get it. I then tried to explain the explanations and he still was utterly unable to grasp the concepts. He's a highly intelligent guy, which was why I even bothered, but his lack of means to process what to me were very simple things frustrated me so much I I have never attempted to explain anything to anyone ever since.

Why does it matter if you are a certain personality type? I don't even know if I ever met a ''true'' Sigma Male to be honest but I think most people have some version of these -trades- *traits* and its abolutely human. Its basically like hating on alpha type personalities, even though they cannot control their personality, just because someone dislikes them. Most people don't identify themselves as alphas, betas, sigmas or whatever but they still got many of their trades and thats why people should improve themselves instead of doing that. I wouldn't hate on a ''true Sigma'' if I would met one, I'd rather try to understand him/her and respect his/her ways. Those kind of people just seem to have their ownways of doing things and you gotta respect that I think, its not a disorder or anything like that but rather a personalitytype that they formed over a lifetime

It matters because you have to know which one you are to understand yourself and why you act a certain way. Once you learn which one you are, you understand your strengths and weaknesses and how to better yourself. You better yourself by working on your weaknesses and turning them into strengths. If you become the best version of yourself, it will radiate and bring you to make good decisions, and may bring others to join you. You will have confidence and know who you are so you can go get what you need in life. I call it evolving as a human. You should get better as you age and have learned from all your mistakes. Your life journey will get easier if you make less mistakes.

I'm a Sigma but I never get close to Anyone !!! So nobody ever gets to know me !!!! My 2 Dogs are my best friends and I don't want all the Gossip and Rubbish that goes with having friends. I am always being invited to meet people but I never turn up. I find them boring, but they seem to like me !!!!
