Just because he was an excellent hacker doesn't actually mean he's any genius with very high iq. Getting proficient in hacking and reverse engineering is much more about hard work and experience

No the fact that he use a simple methods of hacking in a big situations make him genuis fr. He also do the most basic things to do a big destruction. For example to hack the prison he use the simplest Bluetooth spoofing attack and then he do pivoting to get to the prison network. And then a sample script to open every gate on it at night. The most basic scada systems developer can maks the plcs commands all the gates to open or close. It's not simple as a simple person but in terms of studying and practicing hacking there's more complicated ways to do it.

@@naar181 Actually he's a genius but in general I am just saying if someone is very good at hacking at an early age doesn't mean he's always a genius. In this case yeah Eliot was highly intelligent though

Robot have a real-world hacking scenarios and every single line typed in the keyboard are actually a real thing even the tool he use are real and available to use. So it's fun, useful and makes you find people like this sir to have a A beautiful and rational discussion 😂. Am really feel depressed cause of all the npcs around me in my area.

the earliest mention of him using computers for hacking was when he was 11 years old to hack his library. he is in his 30's at the time of the show so this is him 20+ years into hacking. I wouldn't say hes as "smart" but very experienced.

I'd say that not many 11 y/o have the ability to hack into a library system. There is also that scene of the CTF tournament where Elliot wins the thing in minutes, while everyone else couldn't figure it out in hours; or the S3 finale when he alone is able to do what the entire Dark Army couldn't do in months with Whiterose's project. What I mean is that Elliot is experienced, yes, but his expertise alone doesn't explain his ability, so even if he's not smart in general, he's definitely a genius with computers.

I have a Bsc in CS and everything i learned in it was outdated decades ago that also renders everything i had to do to graduate as useless. I had to use what i already knew to get a job. You have a point but no point at all in my humble opinion. I only state this because although written poorly does not mean there are not points to be made. They could've been from a country in which simply does not speak English.. Which honestly says something. Although, given my tired state had this not been how I am now I probably would've realized this sooner that you're more than likely joking around.

I am editing, using google translator or maybe sometimes using ai to autocorrect my english. Also yes this is ai voice cause my english sucks
