I know Yamal gets all the headlines but the whole tournament I thought Fabian Ruiz has been such a great conduit in transitioning from defence to attack, whoever makes it to the final they really need to focus on him and Rodri because both of them are absolutely bossing the midfield for Spain.

The fact that Jesus Navas is more than twice the age of Lamine Yamal and played as a WINGER during his prime years makes it even funnier that Mbappe couldn't score past him.

Spain have so many great technicians, they're a nightmare match up in midfield. Seen it twice now, Rodri man marked out of the game, but Olmo and Ruiz have the intelligence and ability to drop and progress the play. Don't see how England or Netherlands handle them.

Hopefully Spain win. They’ve put up performance after performance with amazing attacking play. It would jsut be sad if anyone else won because no other team has looked close to as good

Im dutch but even if we manage to make it to the finals somehow, I wouldnt mind losing to this spanish side. They are such a delightful team to watch.

At just 16 I think he might be the most mature player of the tournament. Whenever someone put pressure on him in interviews, he always responded in a very mature way like with the German coach where he responded in an interview and the same for Rabiot where Lamine posted a very intelligent quote. Lamine has been crucial not only for Spain these euros, but also for the entertainment and maturity he’s showed throughout this tournament.

I'm an England fan but I genuinely want Spain to win this - they've played proper, technically beautiful footie from day one, and the manager is not afraid to change things up or make tactical changes mid game..
