There're three kinds of people in this world. People who make mistakes and keep making them, people who learn from their mistakes, and people who learn from others mistakes. Thanks for giving power to the viewer. Now let's see if they use it.

I used to work in a restaurant with a great chef, he always said..."Standards, Standards and Standards, always make sure every customer gets the same standard of service"...exactly like what the Starbucks CEO has done here in large scale. Great teaching Tom, Keep these Case studies coming.

I am a HUGE Gary Vaynerchuck fan....But gosh this content is so good. As the owner of a growing business. I have absolutely binged on this info. It helped me so. I am currently working on how to systemize my process for my employees, but yet keep grade A customer service.

CJ Lee I love Gary too, but he's nothing compared to Valuetainment. Gary is more about motivational stuff, he's a one man band and kind of started to repeat himself, even if the content is good on marketing. But at Valuetainment, you get actual business advice, how to do things, how to grow your company and how to deal with different problems. It gets technical here. And that's the beauty of it. It's like you're reading a book, you're learning all the time. Gary is for entertainment. I watch Gary on a lunch break, maybe. VT is for actual learning, and is what runs in my headphones for the rest of the day while working on the computer. And that's what makes VT unique and the best KZfaq channel for business.

PAT, I really like the way you have integrated Tom Ellsworth into Valuetainment Educational Platform. Thank you Mr. Ellsworth, for sharing your wisdom. After watching this episode, I started to reflect on my own responsibility as a CEO of The Basket Is Full, Inc., a food processing plant in Lincoln, NE. After viewing this Friday lesson seven consecutive times back to back, I just sat at my desk and meditated on these four areas that affect our company: Our companies Functioning speed, processing speed and timing speed and expansion speed. Like yourself, I like to study great people and content. “I am application specialist who does not have dreams, just choices I haven’t made yet.” Jonathan Primo Fuego Galicia President and CEO The Basket Is Full, Inc. Good case. Hardest part is to manage a culture while scaling fast. In the end do customers only get back from a positive experience that leaves people better behind than that they found them. It is a rule all hospitality knows best.

Worked at Starbucks from 2005-2010. Totally remember when they ditched all the fluff (CDs, extra merchandise) and went back to basics. I remember many baristas struggled with the new training and the hot bar line. He closed tons of locations, and did many upgrades. The gold card made a huge difference too!

Indeed the best channel for entrepreneurship. You and your team is not just better than the rest of the channels but it's also giving competition to Entrepreneurship Universities and Colleges. You being experienced and Into-the-Industry makes you so much better when it comes to imparting knowledge, maybe someday you can open up your own university where only the entrepreneurs can come and share good information. I've been following your content from quite a long time now... Keep up the Good Work Sir. Special Thanks for sharing this :)

Love this new form of content guys, it was just what this channel was missing. But I do find some of the advice/content is really geared towards B2C businesses only. And that's probably because the majority of start-ups are B2C orientated, but I find a lot of things don't apply to B2B or B2B2C businesses, like mine. In businesses like manufacturing and/or distribution, the eventual success of your product sales relies on the loyalty and feedback of the end-user. However, in most cases you are selling through a diverse supply - chain and aren't getting that 1 v 1 interaction with your crucial end-user, which makes controlling or ensuring a positive customer experience with your product, quite challenging. Could be an interesting segment to shed some light on. Just some food for thought :) Keep up the great work guys!

In a B2B business your distributor, wholesale purchaser or end seller is your end customer. I suggest you push them to get feed back from the B2C side, so they know you are serious. Or have a way to get feedback directly from the end user. List a phone number, email etc and social media these days is automatic feed back like Facebook, Twitter etc.

Great stuff. Sorry to say it, but this is way better than what Mario did, hehe. Pat, you've got competition here with Tom. He really knows his stuff and gets into actual technicalities. I love it. And he did great for his first video. Better than your first videos, haha. - that's his boost of confidence right here :) Is Tom reading these comments ? I hope he is. Keep the videos coming. I like that you've expanded this to more people, which makes it a platform, rather than a one man band show, but you need to bring in just quality people like Tom. Mario will do great as well, don't worry, he just needs to step up his game a bit. Good luck guys!

Hey Tom Nice work with concept of replication. We actually in manufacturing lot of times fall in trap of inefficiency. We reverse our processes back to square one, and achieve desired results. We really replicate processes everyday and bring consistency in our results to replicate the quality of same product we manufacture. Thanks & Regards
