My fix was a total miss, I put certain colors and got all the ones I said I didn’t want. I asked for 3 items and got none of them. I asked for tight and got loose. I don’t think they even looked at my profile.

After my 8th fix I can say they definitely do not pay attention to feedback, as much as I emphasize and specify why I’m returning al the items back, so far I’ve kept 3 items out of 8 fixes that come with 4-6 items. They are ridiculously overpriced for things you can find a Marshall’s, tjmaxx for much less

I've had 3 fixes so far. I've kept 5 out of 5 on all fixes. My stylist actually listens to what I ask for and what I don't like. Everything I've received so far has fit in with the style I like and what I ask for. I know this isn't the case for some... so I would advise those who haven't had the same experience as me to actually ask for a different stylist.

They don't seem to read the comments well and put much attention to feedback as they stated in this video. Last summer I asked for a pair of white denim shorts. Not one pair ever made it in any of my summer boxes. I find it hard to believe that this is a hard to find item During the summer. Also, I am a size 8, so it's a size that is easily available in a normal size run.

Love stitchfix, their jean game is amazing, i could go shopping and try on 20 pairs of jeans and hate them all, the jeans I've gotten from stitchfix fit like they were made from me, its nice to get the box and try on the stuff in your own home and see how the pieces go with things you already own.

A friend suggested I try it, & I expected to be let down. Besides the sometimes high price points, I have adored almost everything I've received! The tops and pants fit perfectly, surprisingly. I have a bigger bust & hips, and get discouraged trying things on at stores, so this works out perfectly for me. :)

How about the preference for SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE , high quality at affordable prices clothes production? Everyone knows that cheap clothes have a high price for workers in poorer countries.

yeah it would be great if they did this with used clothes too... there's already a ton of cloths, we need to recycle better

It is an interesting concept, but the quality is so-so. Few natural fibers. Looks are very unsophisticated. Lots of chevron stripes, rayon, and poly. I tried three shipments and gave very detailed information on my style. It made no difference.

As a computer teacher with fashion sense, I am totally intrigued by this algorithm system! I would love to be a stylist for this company, but right now am ok with being a customer. I love the way computers play a part and may build this into a lesson.

I have truly enjoyed Stitch Fix. My stylist has chosen wonderful items. I think I have only returned 4 or 5 things so far (out of 15 fixes).

Hmmm...I'm not sure how I feel about this lol. I don't know why but I just imagined my stylist picking out clothes herself off of a rack for me lol...not picking 5 options that an algorithm came up with for her...and to top it off she never actually holds the pieces...just sends her 5 selected options to Joe Shmoe in a warehouse somewhere lol. IDK...I just thought it was a little more personal than this.

Chrissi Kirkland Only in America, I’m from Canada and I tried to order only realizing that I need a zip code which I don’t have and realized it only ships in the U.S.A, however, they are preparing to ship to the U.K very soon

there is no algorithm and they don't even read your profile got my first box a couple of days ago and everything was completely off nothing matched my profile the sizing was ridiculous and the colors are all retarded it says it was picked by Nancy who didn't read a f****** thing on my profile so screw Stitch fix save your money

Frank Castle Do you give them your instagrams and/or pintrest, account they ask for it as an option so that they can go onto your profile and see examples of what you are looking for
