Because I’m pretty sure that in order for Deku’s punch to reach America he would’ve had to send shockwaves to the other side of the globe and last I checked Japan and America are on two opposite sides of the globe so he would have to be potentially planetary in order to change the weather in America.

Let's not forget that 120% is only a faux limit. If Deku made a faux 100% from 45%, that means that possibly, Deku was only using 55% of OFA in the 120% moment. Meaning he could go up to maybe 200 or 210% OFA.

The manga still has several chapter left before it officially ends. I got two theories on how it ends: Since horikoshi is a fan of spiderman, he probably want to make his own version of the ending of Spiderman: No Way Home movie. AFO still has one ally left, doctor garaki who has access to MLA media network. Garaki takes revenge on deku by revealing the truth about One for All quirk which damage the already fragile public trust of heroes and ruins Almight reputation. Deku is force to ask someone with memory altering quirk to erase everyone memory of himself and ofa to save almight reputation. This made class a forget deku and was replace by shinso. The ending will be bittersweet, class a graduates except deku but deku somehow got tomura stolen quirk and decides to leave Japan as a wandering hero. My second theory is deku dad showing up and tells deku " hey son, I found a way that gives you superpowers!" And MHA end with deku having a new quirk.

What development? He is mentally exactly the same as he was at first chapter. He still did overuse his power, he still put everything at the least probable solution. And his iq is far better than all of them he fought with stain shigaraki afo lady Naget overhaul dark hero with just 2 years experience and won . Without development he wouldn’t be able to end the hatred of shigaraki and defeat afo
