A cool interaction with his abilities i found is. If you qe into we as soon as the burn starts, all targets affected by the burn get hit with thw extra damage and you lose only one charge.

I feel like out of all the artillery mages he's the lowest ranged mostly because of the arsenal of spells he has along with the area coverage making him a mix of artillery and battle/control mages

there a huge problem with hwei as basically a rip off of invoker he fails to shine in his purpose as beeing an arsenal mage as seen from the video his 3rd book lacks in range and cooldowns(2nd too) he is very clunky in teamfight and is played like- use 1 rotation and then u r just a nuke Q bot( very dissappointing)
