I really appreciate you also showing Alex’s strength exercise numbers as well. Not as high as the younger brother but Alex is still a beast of an arm wrestler. I enjoyed seeing the strength in different arm positions. It’s so good to have an objective machine that can identify both strengths and weaknesses. This allows the athlete to strengthen identified weak ranges of motion so that opponents can’t exploit this weakness. I would like to of seen certain movements done for 20 seconds and see the readings at 5, 10, 15 and 20 seconds to determine staying power especially in top roll and defensive holding positions. I wonder how diet, such as carb loading an hour before testing would affect endurance. I know in bodybuilding diet greatly affects the body’s ability to endure longer workouts. I hope to one day meet you two when you are in the US. God bless.

This channel is one of the reasons I know anything about this sport (that along Devon Larratt videos with Shaq and The Mountain). It's fun to see Schoolboy progressing and it would be really interesting for me to know how does he compare to guys like Levan, Denis and Devon. I don't expect him to be as strong as them right now, but Schoolboy has a lot of years ahead of him of training and his evolution thus far seems insane. It would be really awesome to see him become one of the GOATs of this sport

So now we know. I am speechless. This gonna boost the hype again this vid my friend. That's incredible. For sure SB will be in the top 5 Super Heavy in a matter of 1 or 2 years. I know you 2 are sparring a lot but maybe SB might consider sparring with old technicians - like Larrat in NA - or maybe someone like Prudnik (Dude has a ton of IQ table)... and you too btw. There's a lot of competition, but we all have the feeling that SB is something special and we are not mistaking supporting him. And , Alex the same goes for you mate.

This is proper tech support for power etc.. Definitely would have to get loads of arm wrestlers for a good data set. Would be a good bench mark for what you are weak on. Using a fingerprint metric graph to see your high and low points. Base training off this.

He still has a lot of time ahead of him and the power he is showing is comparable to the best in the world he still will gain more power in his fingers and wrist but I think he needs to also focus on his forearms as when compared to the world-class arm wrestler they still looks underdeveloped

Не думаю что в натурашку можно быть настолько сильным, зная какого уровня спортсмены поголовно на фарме. Например Шевеленко, Утенков, Лагун точно фармят, причем двое из них порядка 10 лет уже как минимум😂

observations: competitors' blood pressure readings must be ionospheric during these sessions, guy wearing light blue shirt is incredibly strong for his size, you guys likely live with pain and discomfort (as you would with most high level competitive sports). amazing dedication and work ethic - kudos
