Just so you know, ancient proficiency from ancient armour is an 80% boost and tier 3 attack up is a 50% boost so I think it does 243 damage with both boosts although it also does extra damage to guardians

It's doing 365 against the guardians. It can be pushed even higher if they're on horseback. Freezing an enemy first and then doing a horseback attack will do 1458 damage (if the 3x frozen buff is actually correct).

you completed the coliseum in 2 minutes and 18 seconds. that is, counting the exact frame the lynel started it's death animation as the end point. however, counting the exact frame the lynel turned into dust as the end point, you completed the coliseum in 2 minutes and 25 seconds.

@Juju84049 I mean they did put an update where you can upgrade to be near indestructible (one of highest durability I think second), but I wish you could make the strongest weapon, it would be kinda iconic.

You guys should try going to every goddess statue in the game and getting a heart container, Then using the heart containers to ragdoll down Hebra mountain. Can't wait to see what shenanigans happen in this video!

and. it. is. glorious. pssp, mounted attacks, frozen enemy attacks, freeze an enemy while mounted and follow-up swing- all those things will push the damage output even higher

prof bonus is +80% lvl 3 meal is +50% ancient/guardian weapons against a guardian gives a +50% bonus 90 x 1.8 x 1.5 x 1.5 = 365 mounted attacks do around 2x damage, attacks on a frozen enemy do 3x, and don't forget about sneak strikes. as for the test of strength scouts, there's some kind of weird cap inside the shrines which limits the max damage to 600, but outside of shrines, the sky is the limit!

May i suggest that if you doing more ancient based weaponry showcases, that you use one of the divine helms so you can still see health but still have the ancient proficiency

Kill the Molduking with it, he has 1600 hp but has a damage reduction multiplier of 0.2. I wonder how many hits it would take to defeat him with the hero blight sword.

90 base, times the 1.5 multiplier against guardians, times the 1.8 multiplier for ancient proficiency, times the 1.5 attack up multiplier, equals 364.5. Rounded to 365. Horseback crit times 2 multiplier, 729. Which is maximum output vs a guardian. Or 364.5 times 3 for frozen crit multiplier, equaling 1,093.5 (1,094 rounding) for maximum damage output vs a guardian scout. 90 base power, times 1.8 ancient proficiency multiplier, times 1.5 attack up boost multiplier, times 8 sneak strike multiplier, equals 1,944. Which is maximum damage output vs sneakstrikeable enemies.

It's a bit of a shame that the sword just gets thrown like a regular sword when it's thrown, unlike the master sword, instead of shooting a guardian beam or something like that when charged/at full health.

We do not mod our Switches and we do not recommend it! We needed giant ancient cores to buy a special item, so we did what it takes to get 'em :)

to farm giant ancient cores takes a bit of time and patience. get some ancient arrows, go to where there are lots of guardian stalkers (the walking kind), and when you get close to it make a save. pop it in the eye with the ancient arrow and see what dropped. if you didn't get a giant ancient core, reload the save and repeat. repeat until you have all the cores you want/need. obv save after getting the core.
