In this conversation Prof H J Bhagia recounts how Bhagawan used to visit the Prasanthi Nilayam campus often during the initial days of the start of the MBA course and brings to light the new perspectives on Management that Swami would reveal to the students.
He goes on to share the story of a MBA alumnus who did practice this wisdom in real life and as a result, how he was immensely benefited by it.

I was noting down each and every word that Sir said. Blessed to hear someone so full of Swami`s love, wisdom and cheerfulness. What wonderful definitions of manager, management and statistics Swami gave! I wish the interview went on and never finished. Sairam team for such wonderful videos . 😊👍❤

Swami now we r starting to realise that in various way u r trying to connect with God. Your students r your tools &techniques. One day u told" Either u give me a seat in your heart or I will breakdown your heart and push myself". Today u r doing this for we stupid peoples.
