Much respect towards Syria and Bashar Al Assad for defeating American, Saudi and NATO Backed Sunni Rebellion and Sunni ISIS and saving the Syrian People and it's Culture. I hope Syria Rises up with it's rich cultural and civilization. Huge Respect for Syria. India also faces Problems of Pakistan backed Sunni Insurgency and Sunni Separatism in Kashmir. I am glad to hear that Malooula survived the war . As a Syriac Orthodox christian, Maloula holds a special place as it is the only place that still speaks Syriac. 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

It's Not the only place that speak syriac There is a lot of villages in Syria that still speak syriac Including the two muslim villages (jaba adin and Bakh'aa) next to Maloula

@@akshayagrawal7561 , Syriac is the very closest language to Aramaic, the language spoken by Jesus. Pure aramaic speakers are very less, if at all there are any. Arabic, Hebrew, Aramaic/syriac are all very similar and belongs to the family of semitic languages (Sem is a son of Noah). All these languages are written from right to left and many words are same.

KZfaq algorithm is grt 😄😄 I was actually searching for menus related kuboos and mutton chops and KZfaq recommended me this channel. The first tym I am seeing a good vlog on Syria. Media (western in particular) is covering only the destruction and loss of lives. They ve went through a lot of trauma like no other country ever.

a lot of Syrians were studying engineering in my college. Very friendly people. They might have faced issues adjusting to the food 'cause they used to take away bags full of chips and snacks every evening.
