And, another feather in Tapit Trice's cap is, he spanked Lord Miles in the Tampa Bay Derby and he won the Wood Memorial today.

I hope they get the gate issues lined out. I want his sire Tapit to have a Derby winner. Also I'd like to see one trainer turn a Tapit loose, they always want to make them closer because of their stamina. He sired some good one's whom I felt were harmed by this tactic. Essential Quality, Charge If and I think there was one between these two. And Frosted who may have won the Derby but he like others ran into that Beast American Pharoah 👀

baily is all over tapit trice to win the belmont. one thing on this video they dont talk about is how verifying ran on and passed tapit trice on the gallop out just past the finish line, i wouldn't count verifying out of the ky derby exotics or even a win spot.

Thanks Randy Moss and Jerry Bailey for pointing out the horse who came out and bumped Tapit Trice twice in that stretch run. It was a really bad call for Gaffalione to claim a foul when he was the one who came over. He owes an apology to Saez. Shame on him. He needs to watch the race head on, assuming he really wasn't sure, and claiming TT was green.

Outside of his first race lifetime, Tapit Trice has never been more than a few lengths off the lead. Not sure what Jerry Bailey is taking about, suggesting he's a deep closer. And Saez only asked him early in the Tampa Bay derby because he was stopped on behind a fading horse on the back stretch. Saez had to get him going again.

He does appear to be improving, while Forte’s Florida Derby win seemed to be a step back. Forte is the legit Derby favorite, but a tepid one.

I don't care,you can be assured of 2 things. And that is I Ortiz and T. Pletcher is not going to win the Derby. And none of Pletcher's other horses will not win either. Because Todd is the early Broncos in the SB.
