And it's not like her earning power is that special, because that's the Swifties' next line of defense. In reality, artists such as Prince and MJ fought tooth and nail to have more control of their licensing. MJ notably shook down the industry when he purchased 51% of Sony in the early 2000s. Prince changed his name to a symbol because of ownership issues. Apparently, they never even tracked the album sales of Purple Rain. And many of the older artists experienced these kinds of setbacks. Taylor Swift's artistic autonomy is coasting on their struggles- and possibly their deaths (if you know who Tommy Mottola is). They afforded her the ability to see through the system and own her property.

Nah, even when I was a little girl and didn't understand the rules of football, watching the fans argue or get excited made it interesting. Absolutely nothing has sparked a flame in me for anything Taylor Swift. Unlike Swifties, I'd actually be able to sit in a bar full of football fans and enjoy the night. 😂

I just get tired of her breaking up with a guy and then writing a song about it. I understand that artists do that to cope, but with the songs she just seemed so invested in these relationships.

More like how taylor swift sounds to people who have only heard taylor swift songs that are played on the radio and have no idea how any of her other songs sound at all.

Uh-oh Swiftie alert!!! Get ready for Butthurt central. The only group worse than hardcore football fans who get in your face when you dislike their team lol. I've never met a reasonable Taylor Swift fan, I guess that's how she's so popular when her music is so uncomparably... blah. Like, completely bland, tasteless, whiny, droning, nonsense. One of the only things Kanye was ever spot on about and I don't even like Beyonce. I would literally listen to whale song instead of her cry about her 1st world problems 😂
