Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt at a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday.
A spectator was killed in the attack, while two other people were seriously injured.
The gunman, named as Thomas Matthew Crooks, was shot and killed by the Secret Service, though his motive remains unknown.
BBC Verify has pieced together videos, eye-witness testimony and satellite imagery from the rally to answer the question of how the attack happened.
