Most of those dissections are wrong 1.He can control it except for high stress environments 2.He was given that motorcycle 3.Odin used dark matter to send thor. 4. It makes sense that the sceptre can close the portal. their both infinity stones so maybe they work similarly 5.The chitauri are a hive mind and as the portal closed their link to the central mind died
