I think I said this on tik tok but I appreciate how you don’t judge a play on if the shot went in or not. Some analysts break a play down and use the outcome as a summary of the entire play. If a basket went in they’d say “bad defense need to do better” but if the exact same thing happened and the shot was a miss they’d say “good defense”. Appreciate how a make or a miss isn’t the judge of the play
