Can’t wait for rob Williams to be back, he’ll definitely make a world’s difference on defence and make the offence better by replacing kornet. He will add more physicality to their defence, shot blocking, be a pick and role threat and a lob threat. I think the improvement to JT and JB’s passing will make rob’s lack of shooting minuscule.

He’ll definitely improve the defense but no Udoka is hurting them on defense regardless. With the way Tatum and Brown are playing it makes it way easier for the interim coach on offense.

Defense will get much better but there will be a drop off on offense since Rob Williams can't space the floor. Though it won't be a big drop off. In most of NBA history the championship team has a top 10 defense and offense. So getting Rob back is important. I think with Rob they will be top 5 in offense and defense.

Smart improved decision making is directly related to Brogdon coming on the team and White as well. Smart minutes are threatened if he didn't become a more efficient player vs. trying to show he can be effective off the dribble like the other elite PGs in the league. Smart is an amazing talent and it's beautiful to see him focusing on what he does best and choosing his spots a lot better. The Eastern Conf is stacked, but Boston and the Bucks are in a league of their own.

Hey coach! One thing I think you forgot to consider is Tatum’s decision making with off ball cuts. I noticed this in the Celtics last couple of games - but especially against the Nets, so I looked it up. Out of 180 attempts so far this season, (according to Basketball-reference) Tatum has a 91% success rate with off-ball baseline cuts. This is likely due to his confidence this season which has shot through the roof thanks to the Lawnmower 4.0 by manscaped. With a quiet stroke and waterproof technology, you can experience your confidence with off-ball (or on-ball 😉) cuts this Christmas with my holiday promo code. You in?

I call clickbait B.S. because - Comparing the first month and a half to every other team's 82-game rating at the end of the season is WAY off. Of course teams will tend to start out hotter than they finish! - A Reg. season statistic in the fastest-paced era in 60+ years does not make the 20-21 Nets the "Best Offense In History". *Titles do.* The '13-14 Spurs (largest pt differential in finals history), Showtime Lakers, '86 Celtics...THESE teams were the best offenses in history.

Smart talked about the IQ and shot selection. Said its always been there but his role change. He was never PG before on the Celtics. he was SG or the off the bench pg used for energy not playmaking. After Kemba left he was the default PG and got to start playing like one. Then he stopped shooting since he was no longer a shooting guard and started play making since that was what his roll on the team became. He said he always thought he should have been the point guard and is glad he gets to show why now. He was beat out by Kyrie which just makes sense but the Kemba show went on way to long and he should have been coming off the bench for smart. Smart as a starting PG lets JT get more ISO time since smart doesnt create off just standing at the top and barking like CP or other historically great PG do. Smarts best work comes off of movement and picking up on the mistakes. It might not work on every team but on this team Smart is the fucking man and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I just watched highlights from last night's Warriors game. Slashes, assists, open 3s, Steph, Andrew. The warriors move and pass up good shots for great shots. They'll beat the Celts again in the playoffs.

That will be the best achievement in warriors and stephs carrier coz i dont see how the warriors will beat the celtics this time. They might not even take 2 wins off the celtics this time

Celtics and many teams are only offering 60-70% of their defensive capabilities at this early stage of the season. They'll turn on the switch fully by March 2023
