How the eSpring Water Treatment System Works:
- As water flows inward, a small turbine spins, powering the UV lamp.
- Untreated water fills the chamber and is forced through the prefilter and carbon block filter. This stage effectively reduces over 140 health-effect contaminants. Beneficial minerals like calcium and magnesium are not removed.
- The water is then channeled to the bottom of the cartridge and sent back up, through the stainless steel reflector. This allows the water to receive maximum exposure to the UV lamp. The UV lamp destroys 99.99% of bacteria and viruses in the water.
- Fully treated water is then directed out of the system and into your glass!
- After the water flow stops, the UV lamp remains on to help treat the next glass of water. This ensures instant access to treated water without wasting energy.

I just got mine, does anyone know if this will work if you put it in series before an entire RV trailer to have an "espring water" coming out of the shower and to also come out of kitchen as drinking water ? Recommended or not ?

so the UV is entirely powerd by the running water? doesnt seem quite right to me that just the running water provides enough power to power a halogen lamp. can someone explain? also, I found another video saying it is powerd wirelessly by the electronics above, which would make more sense. What is it?

The unit is powered by an AC adaptor plug in wall socket (120V in Canada model). The UVC PL tube is very powerful and should be over 9W when operating) I always remove the PL tube and dispose wisely to depot as it contains mercury Hg. I know not many people know how to do this. Search the internet, I am sure there is video showing how.

No, it does not. From their FAQ: Q. Does the eSpring Water Purifier remove fluoride? A. The eSpring Water Purifier does not remove fluoride from water because fluoride is not naturally attracted to carbon.
