It's not for everyone to learn out of videos like this or other but the major thing to integrate when you play for fun is to learn or understand how be relaxed. Learn this and you learn the game.😉

Roger's backhand could have been one of the most dangerous weapons in men's tennis if he had used it his entire career like he did in 2017. When Roger hit flat backhands he was almost impossible to handle because he was taking the ball off the rise off both wings and taking so much time away from his opponents. If he had ever gotten consistent with that, he might have won 4-5 more slams. Imagine Roger with Wawrinka's backhand. Yet, prior, Roger always seemed to be trying to put topspin on it and as far as tactics go, I just do not understand why.

The first clip that’s a video that was edited from slow-motion, and when people do that (change a video from slow mo to “regular”) it actually slightly speeds up the video ever so slightly. You can tell by watching things in the crowd or ball boys happen slightly faster than normal. The pros are fast but these videos grind my gears because they’re slow mo edited on iPhone to a slightly faster than normal speed and sometimes the person who edited the video doesn’t even realize that

Nadal’s shots are top spin heavy, and don’t land too deep usually. Federer’s plays with a stiff wrist, making his shots look like deflections, just like his single handed backhand. Murray and Djoko seem to have similar styles, but Djokos movement is better. Just my opinions.

yeah technically "warm-up is a better term, not "practice"many people will interpret practice as training which is not what they're doing in a tournament- training is super intense and very high volume. just my experience most people have no idea the hours they spend training and the tens of thousands of shots they take during training for every set they play in a tournament.

I bet they put a lot of effort and hours during their "real" practices!
