Let's visit a few villages near Chernihiv in Northern Ukraine (Yahidne, Ivanivka, Lukashivka) which used to be occupied by Russian army for almost a month in early 2022 and see how the reconstruction processes are going there.

If those are foam bricks you can lay them parallel and put rebar anchored in the slab all the way to the roof then pour concrete down the gap. But the lab needs to be built with rebar in it sticking up then the long rebar attached to the sticking up rebar. Boxed rebar in a 1ft square overlapping configuration is stronger. Use steel Wire to tie all the crossbars together and rebar lifts to keep the rebar from sitting on the slab so concrete can go under when poured. Make sure you have all wholes set up with pipes that feed water, electricity, phone lines, electric, windows, doors, video camera lines, sewage line, future unknown lines like Satellite, future Solar lines etcetera setup in the walls prior to pouring because you won't be able to add them in later. Wow, look at these Abram tanks. They do look impressive. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/m7R0rNqf2tq-f2g.html

Build some bunkers in the forest with camo to disguise and hide them so that if the city is captured again the people there have a place to hide with food, water, solar power and bathroom facilities that empty into a black water area. Scatter them outside the town so people can find shelter and hide during occupation and have safer and more habitable conditions.

Are those white bricks fire bricks, foam bricks or CBS bricks? Referring to babushka's home... are they light weight bricks or heavy on the walls? Made of foam? what material is used in those bricks?

Make the bunkers walk in only with no road to them just very narrow path that has brush and trees around that is curved so there is no straight line to them. Make a potato garden outside of it and if far enough away from the village can have a chicken coup that doesn't have any roosters. You'd have to basically dispose of chickens that are loud. Have a water pump well for water inside the bunker. Have secondary bunkers even further away where there is a dense forest and maybe a river or stream nearby that has no road to it, walk in only. You could have a road while building it but you'd want to plant the road with trees and bushes to obscure it. Give it black solar panels with battery back up to power heater, air conditioner, stove, lights and so forth. You don't want shiny solar panels because planes will see the glare of reflected light. No cell phones, rig ham radio station at each bunker to communicate by radio. You'd need a fan to draw air in or out of the bunker connected to the solar batteries for power but if no power then hand cranked fan to circulate air in and out of the bunker. No dogs, they bark. Only way to have dogs is a bunker so deep in the forest that no military unit on foot or vehicle can hear it bark, such a place could have roosters. You could have lookouts that take turns at the bunkers and maintain the garden, chickens and be sure the places are in working order if needed to be used to retreat to. No fires because the smoke would clearly locate the bunker.. All the heating and cooking should come from the solar batteries and solar power or be eaten raw. Store ammunition and guns in the bunkers, blankets, blood clotting powder, antibiotic salve, bandages, axe, saw, wire for making squirrel traps, bow and arrows for bow hunting, bedding, beans, rice, cooking pots to be used with electric solar heat. Propane runs out. If you are ambitious dig a tunnel and make an escape hatch inside the bunker that exits where it is safe to leave without being detected and people can head to the next tier bunkers further into the forest. You may also want to rebuild some of those houses to be bunkers. I'd also install an exit hatch in the building that prisoners were kept so they could escape the next time it happens and if possibly put a hand water pump in the basement and change the basement to allow air to flow in from outside with a hand churned fan that can circulate air into our out of the basement. If that is where they kept prisoners and the town is captured again they will probably do the same thing. Hide arms in the basement in fake wall. If done right your lookouts would alert you to Russians and the village could evacuate before they arrive and find an empty village. Similarly, you could put bunkers inside the village for defense but rigged to blow up if captured or even better... flooded with black water to make it completely unusable.

BTW, village Ivanivka prior to 1930s was named Yanovka and then renamed by communists because it was associated with the name of the local Polish landlord

You wouldn't want the type of roof you are installing on those houses. I will likely be deleting these comments in a day or so. So hopefully you have read them. I know how to make bunkers that have bomb proof roof tops and radiation resistant.

Begining was hard to watch but necessary to see. Rest of it was on a happier note. These organizations should start getting confiscated russian money. Just read on news that sharing the oligarch money to Ukraine has begun. Always nice to see Johnny.
