The best "product" the Philippines have for "export" would be the rich Deuterium deposits found near the Philippine rise. US and Philippines can joint venture on this with each Filipino getting an annual "Stimulus" check or a Common Filipino Trust Fund can be established so each Filipino upon reaching age 50 can draw a monthly cash amount until his or her demise. It's only fair that they have a fair share of this "wealth" and the US can do the same for thier citizenry... I heard it is "Space Fuel ⛽" fit for spaceships like Tesla's Martian machinery... I have been a strong US supporter for a long time and but I should be honest to accept the fact that it is not good for US interests in Asia Pacific if the Philippines will become a very stable country or a very progressive country. The Philippines has a strategic location and it is best for US interests in Asia Pacific region if the Philippines will always remain a bit unstable and not a very progressive country so that it will always be under the influence or dictate of the US government.

Not going to happen
@alma098765 ай бұрын
😂 That's impossible to happen because: 1. Each country has their own SOVEREIGNTY. Not my problem if you don't know the meaning of sovereignty. 2. It will require the people's vote or called referendum to do that.

Six years had been stagnant during the admin of FPRRD. Much chances have been wasted for our economy. Now, PBBM made the turnaround.

@alma098765 ай бұрын
Partly Wrong. China brings no more than 30% of Chinese workers. That's normally in the "terms and conditions" agreed between government contract.

Filipino here, the sad thing is our government isn't doing enough. Unwelcoming constitution towards investors, the infrastructures aren't there yet. Result: Not enough jobs and Filipinos are dying to leave the country to work abroad. Not sure, but our country is cursed. Everyone seems so proud (Proud Filipino here and there) but there's nothing really to be proud of.
