Went about the day as usual with the occasional disconnect as the realisation she's dead intruded. She was a constant in our lives, always there whether we agree with the monarchy or not. RIP.

This day was so memorable. I thought it would just be a normal day. I didnt remember seeing anything about her health on BBC Breakfast. I came back from school to see my 25 year old brother have BBC news on which was odd for a few reasons. 1. Why was BBC news on at 4pm? 2. My brother would never watch the news at that time. And i remember making myself a pot noodle and sitting down watching BBC 1 and i realised it was about the queens health. I left it at that. I remember this tho. I was downstairs watching Hollyoaks, My mum was upstairs watching the athletics on BBC 2 and my brother was in the kicthen cooking dinner and washing the dishes listening to BBC Radio. I remember hearing my mum say THE QUEEN DIED!!! and i was like wtf?? and my brother also heard it on BBC Radio. Then I ran upstairs to have a look and it was true. Then we all came downstairs and channel 4 interrupted Hollyoaks which i was like huh? I thought it was a glitch or something. but no. We had the announcement. My snap and instagram stories were covered with the queens death. I was shocked. I was upset but also pissed since they interrupted my show and the athletics. That day, We had takeaway instead of cooking. Watching BBC tell us.TBH i didnt even have to know the queen was dead. As soon as i saw Huw Edwards in black, That wouldve said enough. RIP Elizabeth

When I heard she was sick 😷🤢 and resting and then died and we were happy for her like Harry said she live life and her husband and sister mom are there waiting for her to come home with them in heaven.

She could never go out and buy a bag of chips, go to the pub, walk around a supermarket, or even have a paddle in the sea. A privileged life yes, but, not one I would want. I'll miss her so much.
