Only in PAKISTAN, where they can make anything with bare hands, and just basic screw drivers, hammers and welding tools. They also made the Nuclear Bomb, without any country's help. Very intelligent people.

Abdul Qadeer Khan, known as the "father of Pakistan's atomic weapons program", was accused of stealing centrifuge uranium enrichment technology from the Netherlands.
