Some of you might feel that the Corporate Veil can be lifted here to sue the Big Company by claiming this arrangement to be a Fraud but that won’t be possible. What the big company tried to do cannot be termed as a “fraud”. I being one of the parties to the contract could’ve easily checked the capital of small company as it is out there in the public domain. Also, everyone knows that liability of such companies is limited to their capital. The only thing that the big company tried to do is to use the contracts smartly to their advantage. You can’t claim it to be a fraud to remove the corporate veil. Hence, a knowledgeable person should always be careful while entering into any sort of contracts.

This is such an amazing video on so many levels. The complications that may arise on ignorance of very simple terms. very well explained. even though i had commerce in my +2 and tried my hands on b.com and even ca beginner level but changed course midway, i was never very fond of commerce related case studies because i was bored of business law and company law. by listening to your explanation of case studies, i can at least now understand basic things

Contracting is my favorite subject. I read each word and line and try to find its operatibility. I have finalized number of contracts and have learnt many things in the process. It is very interesting exercise. Thanks for update.
