I think I already see a change for the better and only you know your body and what makes you feel good or not! Too many judge when they are not in your situation and that's sad! I get that you want to hold off on the holidays, they can be very emotional and hard and especially being your first year without Denis! Honey you worry about you and not anyone else. I am praying for you and I know you will pull through. I see a strength in you and I know you know what's best! I'm so glad you do these vids to update all of us because remember You tube is your family too and we do care.
