Solid session, agree that organic growth is THE best lever (dictated by the Brand) - maybe a future collab podcast in the future? Jon

What are ways to show your strong understanding of culture, tendencies and growth opportunities beyond a conversation? As a strategist who lives and breathes marketing while also extremely passionate about everything culture + the nuances basketball, I'm curious how to authentically display my values + vision since i'm blind to how employers assess it. Currently finishing undergrad, previously done freelance in marketing, sales, and reselling. Thank you for everything! Marketing examined is the best + most beneficial resource i've ever came across as a learner and entrepreneur.

In this one we spoke about vernacular + lingo - its important to speak your target audience's language in your content. include common talking points, memes, references etc and it creates a sense of relatability. And get as specific as possible. If someone doesn't understand it, they may not be the intended audience for your content, and thats ok.
