Man this is what happened to me last Christmas. My shop ended up completely falling apart. It blew up way too quick, I couldn’t handle it all, Christmas orders didn’t get out in time, my name got dragged through social, my shop got suspended, I completely failed. Cried about it all year, got back up, issued refunds, apologies & all of the orders I messed up last year (even though a year later), & reopened. Did 35 sales in my first week back open. Time to totally restructure & get back to it! Love your videos! 🙏🏼

Last year I didn’t want to go thought what you went through and I’m glad I didn’t . I shut down right at thanksgiving and gave myself a break for the month of December . I chose less stress vs the money . I enjoyed snowboarding, my birthday, camping and riding my dirtbike. This year I’m doing the same. Christmas is always chaotic with last minute gifts and special requests. Eh eh🙅🏽‍♂️🙅🏽‍♂️🙅🏽‍♂️ never again. I hope you know what to expect for this Christmas! Get it girl

Man, I love this guy. So often on KZfaq when you watch these entrepreneur or small businessman videos all they do is brag act like they have some secret that no one else has but they figured something out everything always goes smoothly and all they do is write checks and cash checks. To hear this man describe the growing pains that he went through and the mistakes and learning process is so valuable to entrepreneurs and small-business men especially people like me and it is so encouraging to know that a guy who really wasn’t ready went through the scaling processing through his business to something amazing just as a normal guy with a desire and a dream. I am just so blown away by this guy and so impressed. When he described having 3000 orders that were going on for filled by Father’s Day how he dealt with that and how he sent videos to customers telling the truth and asking them for their mercy and grace I just wish the world had more people like this guy. Thank you so much for this video

@Dustin Willett It's not about local businesses being greedy and lazy it's about not being able to compete with China's huge exploited labor force and low cost of living. Laborers work 12 -13 hour days and get paid less than 2 bucks and hour. Basic human rights is more of an abstract concept in that country and I don't even think there is a word for "union" (lol) and the western world turns a blind eye to all that as long as they get their cheap crap. Would you work that hard for so little? Of course not, so why do you expect local businesses to do the same for you?

I totally felt him when he was talking about his job. Similar field. Identical feels. Started POD recently and some other things to bring joy and fulfillment back in my life and the work I do.
