Happy to see that, food technology is more than a course or equipments are not only for the industry purpose. Good job sir, atleast through this type of video we can say that food technology is not limited to the kitchen.

@@AreebIrshadSimplifies also in Jagannath Puri kitchen at Odisha for past 5,000 years. Pride of India 😄 The thing is that they use only Traditional vegetables and spices. Like Yam, Arbi, Pumpkin, raddish, Jaggery etc. No carrot, tomato, potatoes. They feed entire Puri town at Ananda Bazzar. They use only earthern pots. It can be an example of Traditional way of food production in large scale. They cook the food by arranging one pot over another pot. Interestingly the pot in the top gets boiled first and others one by one below.

@@AreebIrshadSimplifies that's an example of ancient food technology. It would be nice if we can learn those. I remember I explained this topic in a department conference of our college many of my faculties appreciated it.

Hi Foodtech simplified I'm trying to pursue my PG in FOOD CHEMISTRY AND PROCESSING. My doubt is after completing my PG I have plans of pursuing PhD at either one of the following : NIFTEM CFTRI IIFPT ICT BHU Am I eligible or would they reject me as I didn't do PG in FOOD TECHNOLOGY /NUTRITION /SCIENCE. Is MSc Food Chemistry and Processing is eligible for doing PhD in the above stated universities.

Reaction video ? 🙄 I was expecting good content. 🙄 And this is being done in army for last 10 years. Then it was added in gurdwaras. Ambala is the hub for these equipments.
