Some certain outcomes are definitely his faults. Not saying that he is not the victim of what he has went through, actually many of us have went through depression and bipolar disorder, some are even worse then his. But, despite the sad part, we all ought to learn from his mistake that we wont make same mistakes in our lives.

I was homeless on the streets of Minneapolis for five years. Getting the strength to pull myself out of that situation was the hardest thing I've ever done. And, I'm obviously not famous... so, I can't even imagine trying to do it while the eyes of the whole world are watching. Much respect to him for taking the first steps. 🤙👏

It wasn't his fault his parents divorced and he was born in poverty in violence. But it was his fault he did not move on with his past. Playing with LeBron and making very unethical actions...... That was his fault. Doing drugs and getting involved with crimes and gangs... That was his fault. If only he moved on, he could be very successful now

@kaptain4054
@kaptain4054 3 жыл бұрын
@dakota haro I hear what your saying but we all do some type of drug whether legal or illegal so we can use that argument. Also, people like this really go through things that we don’t know about and sometimes they just need to talk about it. We all see homeless people and for a lot of us, we treat them as less than. We are all human beings and we must also remember that none of us are immune to the trials and tribulations of life. We all fall down but we can get up, even if it’s hard.
@kaptain4054
@kaptain4054 3 жыл бұрын
@dakota haro well I don’t smoke or drink either but the drugs I’m referring to are prescription drugs, which are just as deadly. Now if you don’t take any of those things(even aspirin) that’s a great thing for you but for anyone who does including myself, they also rob you of your true emotions. My take on this situation is as I’ve said before, we are all human beings and no matter what our status is to another, there’s no reason for us to have our brothers and sisters down. We can tell people what to do with any opportunity but just give him an opportunity as Mark Cuban did

Delonte deserves a documentary be made of his life. His story could inspire others. Mental health affects EVERYONE. Although treatment for mental health has greatly improved from the days of shock therapy & lobotomy, it is still so stigmatized. I've given 34 years service to adults with disabilities/mental health issues. I've learned so much and am blessed to have chosen this career path. I wish Delonte all the best.

Crazy how all his “friends” posted him to get attention but didn’t meant to really help him. The good thing is to understand that no one has your back like you no one will push you like yourself. I been told no but i don’t let it bring me down i just push more and all the love you need is yourself.
