I’ll just always be amazed by how humans managed to learn things over thousands of years. Learning about plants underneath other plants that may save your life with hydration? Who discovered that? Who discovered the toxins that you can put on your arrow to pack an extra punch against the animals you’re hunting? It’s just brilliant stuff

Hayden is such a good, humble and loving person who loves and respects other people's culture and education! I am very proud of you. Your wanting Ghow and his people's hunting culture to be passed on to their offspring is very commendable. You are the man.... and I am proud of Ghow and his people for maintaining our 6000 year old hunting culture!!!

Money means nothing to them. Unless they had an actual physical use for it they'd probably just chuck it away. They are 100s of miles from a shop. And you can't hire one, they are nomadic families and would have to stick together. The south african gvt used them to track terrorists in the Border war and they were lethal but they wouldn't fight and 9/10 they'd run when the shooting started, very peaceful people.

This is an incredible culture that must be preserved. Living in harmony with nature, take no more than you need Love them. General rule, ask them which way, you'll get an accurate direction, don't ask how long till we get there, it takes as long as it takes

It's truly wonderful to watch a tribe like this through their routines - I hope you paid them well for allowing you to photograph this. Perhaps a couple of milking/breeding cows (and a bull) to take the edge off when they can't catch anything.

They have large clothes simply because they are aware how territorial the mamba is, that if they get bitten that's only their clothing as the mamba also fears of a strike back anf and need to wait minutes to be certain that they killed.
