The solution to improve your focus is to study in 3-4 hour focus cycles that optimise for getting into the flow state and then multiple cycles a day. You will learn to push past your laziness, become more efficient in focused sessions and stay energized throughout the work.
This is a summary of exactly what I’ve done in the last few months that’s taken me from 10 minutes of focus to the full 14-hour study sessions I was doing during my exams last week.
