Oh no you explained it PERFECTLY and I could see perfectly even though your hands were there!!! Fun fact it took me FOREVER and I mean FOREVER to learn to hold my hands palms down to braid and I LOVE it it’s easier to grab hair it’s easier to make braids, with palms up I found the hair would get frizzy from the tops of my hands rubbing against it I felt I couldn’t do certain braids cuz I didn’t know how to braid palms down but this braid looked FANTASTIC I cannot CANNOT wait to recreate it on my daughters hair, which btw is down to her waist 😩😩😩 I have to get up a 1/2 hour earlier in the mornings just to have time to do anything with it 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ fantastic braid it looked beautiful on her hair, you did a PHENOMENAL job thanks for sharing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

this really makes me want to play with hair, to bad my own hair is pretty curly and on the shorter (to my shoulders) side, not that I'll ever be able to do this on myself, every time I try anything more difficult than a dutch or french braid I fail. but this was so beautiful

I have w question off topice but was wondering if you have any idea on hair growth. I have hair badly thinning out on the sides by my temple and trying and wanting to grow it back badly. I think it's from years of tying it back stress

I have this too! Mine was caused by over bleaching and always putting my hair up in a messy bun. No I have gone back to having darker hair, I’m very careful when I’m brushing, I don’t use dry shampoo (as thus can build up on the scalp) and I leave my hair down as much as possible. In just a few months my hair is growing back nicely at the sides! The new hair looks strong and healthy too as it’s not being bleached 😊💗

I have never bleached my hair. I have black hair and i rarely use heat on my hair not drying or anything i always let it air dry unless i straighten it. Its so long passed my butt i think its like 61 inches qnd it does get exhausting doing it so i always pull it into a messy bun and maybe that's why. I have been leaving it down but nothing and keeps falling out. Didnt know if you know of a product or natural remedies that can help

Do you have a side part? I had a lot of thinning because i always had side parts and i kept my bangs up in the middle with a bobby pin. I changed to a middle part (even though i don't like it as much) because my hairdresser told me that always keeping the same part ( i had it for more than 5 years) can lead to some hair loss! Now it is much better but it did take at least 6 months to notice the change

Hypothyroidism can also cause thinning & brittle hair, a simple blood test & your Dr can either rule it out or will prescribe a thyroid hormone replacement pill But I also find the more I keep my hair up or worse, sleep with my hair up, the more breakage I have :( & now that mine is back down to my waist (& it's still HOT) I rarely wear it down :(
