Try putting a little bit of edge control in your hands, rub it in and then put it on the leave out. Use a brush or small tooth comb to combine the leave out with the weave. This should help your hair to match the curl pattern of the weave

He IS “special!” Awwwww your FurBaby is so damn cute!!! 🥰 So Listen Dash; How’d you do? Foa, I think that compared to most; I go a lilHard when it comes to MY expectations when co-signing a weave install. I used to wear weave; Right. And for me, “un- detectability” was my goal. For me to be comfortable; I needed for people to think that I just had a full, beautiful head of hair(of which I would wear in an Asymmetrical with a tail). I recognize that how weave is worn today; the rules are a bit different. I would lay tracks with glue, but I had a lot of my own relaxed hair; which made blending a lot more seem less . I also only used a length that was about two to three inches longer than my own. It was absolutely undetectable in every way….Until it started to age…At about week three. And then I’d do it all over again. Very seldom did I re-use hair. That seems to be a thing now. And naturally because you all are purchasing human hair which can be pricy; so I get why it’s reused… However; depending on the quality of the hair; even #new styles can appear “not-so-fresh”…TO Me! And that’s just my humble opinion. I do not wear weave anymore, but I am impressed by the evolution of techniques. I still think though, that even with all of these new techniques the “bald cap technique” “frontals” and such; they all seem to ignore the most important thing, as far as I’m concerned; “does this hair LOok like I could have grown it”….. And even the most “layed” frontal or plucked hairline on a unit; it still “looks” like a weave most times. As for how you did? I think that it is adequately in-line with how weave is worn today. Would I think that you grew it; No. 🤷🏾‍♀️ And that’s not to be rude so I hope it is not received as such. I’m just giving you my honest opinion (my looong honest opinion😆). I hope that is okay.
