My entire schedule revolved around my wash day until I discovered this! I have curly, frizzy, unruly hair and always use a large round brush to blow dry straight while sectioning. After this treatment, I can wash my hair whenever I want and blow dry without brushing or any product, the result is silky, soft straight hair! It only takes me 2-5 minutes versus 30 minutes and round brushing! Great product!

so would you recommend using this product at home and doing it myself instead of going to a salon? I just booked my first appointment to do a keratin treatment and I've been contemplating it for a while because my hair is in desperate need and now after watching this video im contemplating on whether or not I should just do it myself or whether ill get better results at the salon

Yes! What happens is... the music will be a certain volume at the beginning of the song, and then it gradually gets louder. Sometime i don't notice when I'm editing and forget to adjust the louder sections!! I'll pay more attention in the future! Thanks so much for the feedback! :D

Theirs say no formaldehyde, but the chemical reaction with the iron can have that effect. That’s why directions say well ventilated area!

Ana Diaz not great, it worked on a lot of my hair but not on the most damaged parts of my hair at the front, unfortunately the bits I wanted fixing most, it’s okay though, at least I didn’t pay so much for a salon treatment! But omg she is right, the smell and the burning eyes is insanely strong, I underestimated it!

This one Amazonliss smells real strong when I was using the flat iron,, which it is an indication that contains some percentage of Formadehyde.

Did you let the product touch your scalp when applying? How did it react? You were combing your hair with your fingers so obviously it’s alright for the treatment to come into contact with your skin right?

Yeah so I wouldn’t advise not wearing gloves. When I did it for my friend I wore gloves! I got as little product on my scalp as possible when applying, I mostly just tried to get the root of the hair without over saturating the area

I just tried this and it Worked! I wanted to know when can i wash my hair again and like how many times a week should i be washing it because i workout every morning. I’ve asked the company and they said it doesn’t, but I was also skeptical from the eye sensitivity 🤷🏻♀️ I usually wash my hair evert third day and I usually play with different hair styles throughout the week to hide any oil and use some dry shampoo after workouts.

I followed the steps for your video and I think that my keratin treatment turned out successfully. However, my daughter did it using the same product and she said her hair was no different afterwards. I feel so bad for her, but I did send her the video. I believe what she did was just try to read the instructions and never watched the video. Bummer

Yes! I actually say somewhere in the video I forgot to wear them and it messed up my hands. It’ll go away in a few days but next time remember gloves! 😂

This might be a bit late but, I used it without gloves and it leaves your hands extremely dry for like a week or two. So try to use gloves

After you flat ironed you said hou wash your hair? Then apply the last step- the mask? So after you applied that did you rinse your hair and blow dry it? I purchased this yesterday and planning to do it on sunday...🙂

Ever since this video I actually don’t do that last step. I just keep it in my hair for 2-3days and then wash it out and it works the same! I personally don’t like that I did so much work to straighten and then wash it right away lol

Tried this on my wavy curly hair and it didn’t completely make my hair straight! There’s parts where it’s still curly/wavy even though I followed the instructions to the T!

Yes thats normal! Unfortunately this isn't like a Japanese straightening treatment where your hair will permanently be stick straight, this is more of a natural solution and everyones hair will respond slightly different. The main goal of a Keratin treatment is to relax the hair, reduce frizz, and make the hair more manageable. Hope this helps! (:

Thank you! That’s how my hair started and it just slowly starting bonding the hair so its was less frizzy and more of a manageable curl. Now it’s mostly straight

LalaLand H try using rejuvenating hair masks… it may help bring back moisture and minimize frizz… plus, you can make them with natural ingredients and they usually have better affects

Actually, you’ve done a good job, but, you should straight iron the top few inches 8 to 10 times and then the bottom half 4 to 6 times. 😊

I just saw your video and I want thank you! I loved your video and just ordered it. I have frizzy hair with curls that popped up over the years. Mine was just like yours about five years ago with the “dents” lol and I was able to straighten it without a problem then with age and moving to high humidity area I am completely frizz and major curls. Everyone else seems loves them but I always have to keep hair pulled back or up in a ponytail. I’m hoping this stuff will help even a little bit!!!

Thank god for ur video! I just got my order and their instructions are so crazy. If I’m looking at it correctly they want you apply product and to blow dry small area and straighten then go to another area which would take hours and hours. Well I just finished. I was expecting smoothness and being able run my handls through my hair like you. I’m still frizzy, little smoother but feels like it stripped all oils out of my hair. I had virgin hair so I washed twice but I also have had recently colored hair in last month. Maybe I didn’t use hot iron long enough? The odor was waaaay powerful on right side head but less on left..weird And I had lots fans and open sliding door. I’m not gonna give up.

Did you use enough product? Did you leave it in your hair or wash it out right away? And did you make sure to use the clarifying shampoo at least 2-3x before you rough dried, applied product, rough dried, then ironed?

I researched keratin treatments, and after realizing it is not really a difficult process, like bleaching/highlighting is, there is no reason to go the salon and pay $300 every 3 or 4 months. I've been using the Cocochoco Original Treatment, and the results are quite good, but am considering switching to another brand. I would like to find a brand where you don't have to do the 72-hour waiting period of not washing or even manipulating your hair. I would say that and the fumes during application are the only drawbacks I've had with Cocochoco.

@@ekaeka1082 I bought Cocochoco on Ebay. It's not the only brand, there are several other ones you can buy on there. Other ones I found are Amazonliss, Keragen, Keratin Research, Moroccan Gold, and Kerazon. One time I even saw they were selling what is probably the best keratin on the market, Goldwell Kerasilk. But it is very expensive.

Brasil Cacau is good. It’s expensive but it lasts for up to 3 months or longer and the whole bottle could last a year. Brazilian Thermal Reconstruction- fine to normal hair Smoothing Protein Max Strength- Thick/coarse/curly and resistant hair

The straighteners heat activates the product I had to be set at a high temp and run through properly for it to work right

No, the kit only comes with the three bottles of product. I used my own clips and brush ♥️

Always dye first. Then treatment. You can do it after 2ish days
