I just bought my 2023 Ram 2500 a week ago it has 58K on the clock it's my first Cummins powered Ram. My 4th truck and all of them have been Ram's. I noticed the 60k mile service was approaching and clumsily inquired at the dealership before purchase if they would perform the 60k service. And was told "no it would be cost prohibitive for them to perform the service". I inquired with a family member about my request but they didn't get back with me until after I had made the down payment and told me you should have insisted. That wasn't a deal breaker but it was a bargaing chip. And I was trying to see if replacing the EGR/CCV filter was something I could take care of . Thanks

You can replace your crank case filter.. it’s very easy… but at 75000 you should get the egr circuit cleaned

@@DMACHOLMAN 2019+ is 75k… up to 2019 is 65k or visa versa I can’t remember I don’t have service library in front of me of me

That is not a proper way to clean the egr cooler that's the way the lazy techs do it... easy money u hook that stupid machine up and use the fluid and twittle ur thumbs...... this is why people don't want to take it to dealerships.

I’ll see you when your dpf is full… dum dum. Literally have saved customers thousands of dollars with this method by cleaning out the DPF and re enabling auto regen… what do I know though… I only work on Cummins all day every day.
