Hello Friends!
Wondering how to ace patho? Well here I have provided my entire study plan of what helped me achieve a high A in the course. I do just want to say, I did put a ton of time studying for pathophysiology, but it is manageable to get great grades with the right study schedule. I would spend about 1-3 hours a day, six days a week studying for patho outside of school. Breaking it up into smaller studying times, made it easier for me to stay focused and digest the information. Hopefully everything I discuss in the video is helpful for you and can integrate it into your study plans.

Hi Kristen! I love your videos! Quick question how do I study for both patho and pharmacology. My school designed them these 2 classes into 1?

Hi Genesis! Wow two classes in one. Mmm I never personally had to go through this. What works for me might not work for you, but I guess the way I would try to tackle this is learn the patho first and then apply the pharmacology after you under the pathophysiology on what your studying. I hope this makes sense, but once you understand the patho, the way a drug works in the body will make more sense!

Hi Kristen ! I'm thinking about typing up my notes and rewriting them on a whiteboard would that also be beneficial way to study?

Hey Marlyse! Yes any kind of rewriting of notes would be helpful. I use to do this undergrad 😄 especially for biology and anatomy, writing on a white board was so helpful!

BrownSugaRaine Oh no, which link were you trying to use? I can go look into it and change the password again. It is Nursing2020 with an uppercase N.

Just take it day by day. You will be able to successfully get through it! Just remember to stay organized and find a note taking method that works for you. Also ask for help when you need it. I hope this helps 😄
