The theme depends on the type of your website, naturally. If you are just maintaining a simple blog, I'd recommend going with the WP Default themes, like Twenty Twenty, Twenty Nineteen and so on. If you want something more uncomming though, try something else. Just make sure it looks good on your site and that you appreciate it. Also, don't forget to make the theme mobile friendly; I made that mistake
