Nice, I saw a few other tutorials using a circle shape and manually adjusting the circle values to match a vignette effect. I was wondering why they didn't just use this feature built in.

i'm making an edit and using the circle tool didn't work with fading because it would make the screen fade to white so this one was better thank u

I tried to use the circle effect but instead of the white circle with black background I got a white circle and transparent background. Do you know why this could happen?
