1. Login to LIC online portal.
2. Click on 'Service Request'.
3. Select service request as NEFT registration .
4. trick on the box before 'I have read and understand' and click on 'proceed'.
5. Select policy with which account to be added and click on 'Proceed'.
6. Enter OTP and 'submit'.
7. Enter bank details and save.
8. Click on 'Generate NEFT form'.
9. Download the form fixed PAN card and cancelled cheque , sign and upload the form. Select the declarations and submit.
10. Your request number will be generated and message will be sent to you once the account number is added.
