Hi, I hope this helps someone with the same issue. When I used a template for a contact form I got the error message, but when I created my own contact form from blank, it worked.

i am in the us California. I have changed all my settings in google trying to make it work, but i continue to get an invalid code - what can i do to fix this?

South African here 👋worked once I disabled "Limit to 1 response: Respondents will be required to sign in to Google" 🙏 thank you

It didn't work for me at first was giving an error, but then I figured it out 1. Make sure you don't have collect email address enabled. 2. Also make sure you do not have any required questions in the form. Thanks

For me it does not work😢 it says it appeared an error with the link, possible not valid or not accepted. Check the link and try again. But the link works ok. I am from Romania.

We're finding that those getting an 'invalid link' error have a setting on the form that 'requires sign in' (found via settings option in G. forms) Disable this requirement and try again. Let us know how it goes! Team Digi.

Hello - try to disable "Requires sign in" toggle on the Settings tab.

It would behoove Canva to work with email marketing businesses to embed forms -- MailChimp, Constant Contact, Square, MailerLite, etc.
