Welcome to our Ford Transit build series episode 7! 🚐
In this video, we explain how to add framing to a van. We used pine furring strips and attached them to the frame of our van with rivnuts.
Before you begin framing your van, make sure you have researched your layout ahead of time and know where you want all of your furniture to go. It's also a good idea to leave paths in your framing for your wires.
🙏🏼 Thanks for watching our latest van build series video! We’ll be coming out with new videos documenting all the steps of our DIY van conversion every (other) Sunday. Subscribe to our channel to stay up to date: shorturl.at/eixJ5

ABOUT
We are Maddie and Nico and we’re building out our 2020 Ford Transit to live in full time. After traveling to numerous countries and living together both abroad and in the US, we have decided to take the leap and become digital nomads! Neither of us have any building or carpentry skills. We are taking on this project completely self-taught!
