I'm using this at work now and we only have the options in shopify inbox for "chat settings" & "Quick replies" how do you get the intergration options i have spoken woth plus support who say this isnt a feature yet its in thos video? Please advise how you did this.

How on earth do you disable the Pre-chat form??? This has drastically dropped customer contacts on our online store 🤦‍♂

Have you set your availability times? As my settings say pre chat form is active but doesn't show it on any chats we've tried goes straight to instant answers and live chat.
