Not all photos come from phones. Some come from files on computers or external drives or backups as .jpg, etc. It would have been nice to cover how to transfer (or means of transferring) photos from computers or drives and setting them up to appear on Frameo. This is a serious flaw in "How to add photos to Frameo Digital Frame. Serlously.

Is there a way to go into the history after you upload the pictures and add captions to picture or are you not able to add captions if you upload a bunch of pictures at once?

Are we able to organize the pictures by albums?

I just want to transfer a picture from my phone to my frame and nothing tells me how to do that. It keeps telling me "you have no connected frames." How do I get connected to a frame.

Hi, I have a couple of questions: Does the fame need to be plugged in to work or can it be on bluetooth to receive photos? and does it work on a slideshow or do you manually have to swipe through the photos?

Yes, it must be plugged in (and should NEVER be unplugged when it’s turned on), can be hung on the wall or has a little leg that can be screwed into the back to make a stand, and you can set it up to slide-show, with or without captions. It will also play little movies if you load them in. As long as it’s connected to WiFi, other people can also add photos if you give them the temporary (24 hour) code that allows them to do so, using the Frameo app.
