Schedules select nhi kar pa rahe h to do this... choose "Yes" for "Do you wish to exercise the option u/s115BAC for opting out of new tax regime" in Part A general information schedule and click on "Add schedules" at the bottom left corner of the window and refer Deduction tab to add 80G, 80D schedule by clicking on check box. Upon adding the 80G, 80D schedule, fill all applicable and mandatory details then confirm the schedule then proceed to file the return. Hope it helps. I got this reply after lodging Grievance on itr portal.

First choose Yes it means you are opting out from New Tax Regime (Or you can say choosing old tax regime) than you can claim deduction under section 80G, 80D etc in old tax regime

Sir, my brother is doing swing trade. Only equity. His equity delivery turn over is 65 lakhs. Which itr he should select? Is it to be considered as business?

@@vpstca New one, for this it is not enabled. For old too now IT calculator is not showing deduction of 12.5k. It was working for new tax regime on June 30 when i filed return for other account.

In Old Tax Regime you will get the benefit of Rebate u/s 87A for STCG but not in New Tax Regime
