how do u find the title of a song, mp3 that you dont know anything about ? it has almost no lyrics . help ?

play song and use shazam app on any phone. it will tell you

phones do not have separate file system for eps - just lable the album as an ep

I would just add [EP] to the end of the album's title in the "Album" tag. BTW, when I'm updating a tag and I add my own unofficial comments to a tag I enclose it in square brackets like these: [ ].

Hi. I've got a lot of songs/albums and I'm editing their tags using the program "Mp3tag" (This program has a lot of editable tags for songs.) And also inside this app, there are 3 important tags that I'm so confused about them! "Label", "Copyright", "Publisher" On the back cover of the albums (into CD Jewel Case) there are a few Copyright Symbols that I want to add to the tags of my songs. But I don't know exactly where they should be added. Album #1 © 2002 Sony Music Entertainment. ℗ 2002 Sony Music Entertainment. Manufactured By Epic. A Divison of Sony Music. Album #2 © 2010 Little Dume Recordings. ℗ 2010 RCA Records, a unit of Sony Music Entertainment. Under licence from The Sony Music Custom Marketing Group, a division of Sony Music Entertainment. Should I insert both of © & ℗ in the Copyright field or not? Should I insert the ℗ in the Publisher or Label field? Please explain to me simply, clearly & completely. Thanks.

This is merely a simple video showing you how to organise individual artists on a various artist album. Where did you see these apps, "Label", "Copyright", "Publisher", I can't find them anywhere, so I can't really help you as they don't exist and MP3tag.

Hi, hope you can help me… I have a problem with tagging music that has more than one artists. For example, this song: Forever - Martin Garrix, Mattise & Sadko I want to find this song if I’m looking for Martin Garrix music AND Mattise & Sadko music, you underestand me? I tried to tag the artists like: Artist: Martin Garrix; Mattise & Sadko Album: Forever Title: Forever -------------- Artist: Martin Garrix\\Mattise & Sadko Album: Forever Title: Forever -------------- Artist: Martin Garrix\\Mattise & Sadko Album artist: Martin Garrix Album: Forever Title: Forever I used Windows File Explorer and MP3tag to add metadata info, and I only find the song on Mattise & Sadko Artist. So, my question is: Anybody knows how can I tag my music to show both artists on the track, but separates them by artists? Thanks in advance!!

So at the moment it looks like this???? Filename= Forever > Title= Forever > Artist= Martin Garrix, Mattise & Sadko > Album Artist= Martin Garrix, Mattise & Sadko > Album= Forever .... Go to - VIEW > CUSTOMIZE COLUMNS > (click NEW for adding a new column, and name it 'Artist 2') > move column down after Artist. DONE. it should look like this .... Filename= Forever > Title= Forever > Artist= Martin Garrix > Artist 2 = Mattise & Sadko > Album Artist= Martin Garrix, Mattise & Sadko > Album= Forever. Is that what you wanted?

@@TeflDude Hi, thanks for your help!! It didn't worked for me. Right now the file has the Artist2 column as you told me, but on the screen I can only see that the song belongs to Artist1 and Artist2 is not referred to at any time, not even if I search for the songs of this artist. I'm trying to view this information on the infotainment system of my personal vehicle, the system may just get the information from Artist1 and ignore everything else.
