First, I purchased this from your link after watching your video. It works pretty well. Still a little "glitchy" at times. I'm printing something through the internet/browser currently and the video seems frozen but it is clearly operating and showing progress in the browser. And, I can watch it in action on the app while it is frozen on the browser. Overall, probably still a decent and easy way to monitor and control printer. That stated, I was a little disappointed I HAD to start a print through the camera/printer interface in order to be able to have any control over the printer from the app or browser (I was hoping I could start a print and later log-on from another location and still control the printer)..... And, second, I really appreciate your channel and learning from you. Keep up the great work!

I just received mine today, the set up is easy. When I printed with my Flsun sr in time elapse mode it printed horribly, layer shift. I then printed the same file on my Ender 3 s1 it came out great with no issues. Thanks for the video.

I am designing an educational center, largely enclosed botanical gardens, hotel, restaurant, makers space and print farm, as well as one of the worlds most advanced and innovative horticultural projects. All in one mountainside property on the island of Mallorca. This will all be 3d printed to a large extent and fully kosher. I hope I can persuade you to visit and present some guest lectures one day.

Looks interesting. I think I prefer Klipper using a Pi. I'm fortunate to have a lot of Pi 3+ and 4s extra, so have not run into the shortages. Klipper can run on a Pi Zero 2 W, if you can find one. They list at $15 and sell for over $100 from scalpers.

It can even run on the pi zero w but not recommended to use a cam and octoprint. Since the Zero 2 W came out is the best budget option.

The time-lapse isn't really usable because there are too many drawbacks. This makes the creality smart box look like a better option. The most important feature is being able to start prints remotely from a desktop from another room. Would the basic creality wifi box do this?

Thanks for this video- as always nicely done. I immediately bought one after viewing the video and after numerous print jobs my experience with it (on Ender 3 V2 using IOS Beagleprint app or browser) is great, good and bad. I’ve mostly given up on the app in favor of the browser version but despite numerous glitches in software it does deliver on providing print launching and video monitoring. It’s the other stuff not working very well. Mintion seems very committed to supporting the product I just hope they get there soon with the software. They seem to have committed far beyond their resources or perhaps capability. Too bad because it was nearly plug and play with only a (very much needed) firmware update to contend with.

I have a Bambu Labs A1 Mini on the way. I also have a BeagleCam. To my knowledge, the A1 Mini does not have a USB printer port. Can the BeagleCam be connected to a 3D Printer that does not have a printer port? If so, how? Thanks for your help. Best…

Have to agree with other comments. One of the worst security concerns is connecting a home device to a cloud service. Keeping such connections on a protected LAN segment is one option but for the average user this camera would be a security risk.

I love my beagle print. Sucks how I have to trick my filament sensor and change spool mid print when running low, but soon they will have a feature for this. I am running an sidewinder x2.

TYVM, good job. I would very much like to see the timelapse completed on the Flsun V400. It's my 1st and only printer. I am new to 3D. Loving it. I use a very old cheap webcam and the browser to connect & control my printer now (separate buildings). Because I am new to this subject I cannot find where timelapse files are stored OR how to retrieve and view or process them. Any help or pointers or redirections are appreciated.

I just ordered this today(8/25/22). I’m going to be using it on an ended 3 s1 pro. Can anyone confirm if the software has been updated since this video to correct the issue with poor prints in conjunction with time lapse videos? I recieved camera today. Installed android beagle print app. App wont add me as new user. Have tried with 2 android devices. Ot sends me verify code . I enter it, create password with only letters and numbers . hit enter it just sits there

Are you still using Camera? My keeps destroying the SD Cards. The one that came with the camera and then I put brand New Scan Disk work for a day and then my print fail and my Sd Card no longer worked. Could not read any longer on my computers or any other stuff that had SD card reader. I wrote to them but they trying to tell me that my SD Card Reader on the computer is faulty. Not blaming that could be a Camera.....

I have not tried it with the FLSun (which I also own and love) but I did try it with my Ender 3 21 and it worked perfectly.

I was not paid for the video and I disclosed that I was provided the camera for free right in the intro to the review. The camera sells for $70, it would take a lot more than that to influence my opinion.

I purchase this camera and had height expectations. I was planning on buying two more for my other printers. But I won’t be buying any more. The app on my Apple phone must be ported to Apple and the screen is extending beyond the viewable area on my phone and I can’t hit some of the buttons. Also my ender three S1 pro settlement run out monitor went off after I ran out of filament and it kept trying to print. So it doesn’t recognize your filament monitor. That’s not a big deal but the fact that the app is so crappy on Apple I would not buy another one if you have an Apple phone buyer beware don’t buy this

@@mikeliddle9533 I realize this is an old discussion but I just purchased and installed Beagle camera and good news they have fixed and continue to work on there firmware updates and bug fixes. However, after running my first two test prints, one via the app the other uploaded and started through the browser interface I am sad to say I will not be using it again because it is dangerous. Both times my test print failed to end the print, the first was a runaway z offset glitch that started to drive the nozzle into my print bed!! No biggie except that there is NO WAY to do an emergency stop other than pushing the button on the app, which i did, yet it continued to print until i threw the power switch on my ender 3 v2. This was from the app. The second on the browser completed as expected but once finished it just hung up, stating the print was still running, even though the printer had completed and parked itself and began cooldown...that is until this software decided to turn the extruder and bed back on! Again with no way to stop it and you cant even send a gcode command to stop anything because they have no interface for that either. Bad and unsafe product, avoid at all costs!!!!!

Its good but needs better softwarewk yet. This shows me wrong time left. Missing adjustments for speed, flow rate, and other stuff while is printing. So its not that good at this time. NEED WORK...

I agree the software is immature but it does seem the Mintion is working hard to improve it with almost monthly updates.

@@MakeWithTech I hope they will fix it. Another problem I have that when. Finish printing X,Y going home and then start printing again from last Z position and I have to cancel print. So there is no way I can leave print when I am not watching.

It connecting to the Internet could make it a Trojan horse - even if the connection is initiated from within your network. In fact, you had to enter your WIFI credentials and let it connect to the Internet at least once, so that might have already leaked your WIFI password. I'm not saying this company is doing such bad things, just that they could be doing it, which is why I do not like such setups that require a cloud connection, even if it is only during setup.
