Add your logo to Google Workspace. If you have the Essentials edition, upgrade to Enterprise to get this feature. As an administrator, you can add your organization's logo to some of your Google Workspace service pages, such as Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. The logo appears at the top of each user's window for all domains added to your account. Logo image requirements. PNG or GIF format only Note:
GIF images are not animated Maximum file size is 30 KB. The logo on your service page is displayed at 320 x 132 pixels; therefore, the recommended image size you upload is exactly 320 x 132 pixels. If you upload a smaller or larger image, the image will be scaled to exactly 320 x 132 pixels. If the aspect ratio does not match, the picture will be distorted. For example, a 132 x 132 pixels image will be expanded to 320 x 132 pixels, causing distortion.
Note: If you have multiple domains in your Google Workspace account, you cannot add different logos for secondary domains.
Sign in to your Google Admin console. Sign in with an administrator account, not your current @gmail account. On the Admin console home page, go to Account Settings, then Personalization. To open the Personalization window, click the down arrow "". Click Choose File to upload the logo image and select it on your computer. You will see a preview of the logo. Note: Logos must be in PNG or GIF format, and the file size must not exceed 30 KB. (Optional) To include the logo on all sites you create with classic Google Sites, check to Show this logo on all user-created classic sites. Click "Save". Note: It may take up to four days for your new logo to appear on your Google Workspace page.

With the exception of "Powered by Google," your logo cannot contain "Google," "Gmail," or other Google trademarked terms.
